While your application in process, Immigration will communicate with you. In most cases we at ImmiGlobe will receive a copy of every letter or extra forms/information request letters that you receive. The most important thing is that you keep in touch with us and let us know if you change your contact information.

However, please note that it is absolutely normal that Canadian immigration will be in touch with you directly. However, it is your job to keep in touch with your ImmiGlobe representative as we will not be responsible for the result  of your direct contact with immigration where you give out information without consulting the issue with your consultant first.

Documents and information delivery to Consultant during the process: all documents requested are to be provided in a timely manner (15 days from receiving the request letter) or you might jeopardize your case and incur additional costs.
